As all the reviews say Kate and her team are fantastic. I've never dealt with a DUI type of situation before and had an incident with my son. Kate reviewed the legalities of the situation and guided us through the process, luckily no major actions were needed but having a responsive, expert lawyer guiding us through the process gave tremendous peace of mind. We were being investigated by the Attorney General. Served with a Subpoena consisting of a plethora of pages. I contacted several law offices. One law office wanted $750 just to review the subpeona, another wanted a $2,500 retainer to review it. Two legitamite law firms reviewed it for free. I was however very impressed how easily accessible Kate was and paralegal. There was no hoopla, everything was straight to the point. The retainer was $2,000 and she worked very hard to ideally finish the case under it. Most lawyers would of nickel and dimed every second and I would of been out of luck.
